Flavor notes: Bergamot, Mango, Cardamom, Kombucha
Like all Shokunin coffees, this is an Omniroast, although we brew everything from them in a filter.
Floral like bergamot, sweet and juicy like mango, with a light body and notes of cardamom and kombucha.
It works great with pour-over methods such as a dripper, Chemex or AeroPress, where it best expresses its freshness and elegance.
