Like all Shokunin coffees, this is an Omniroast, although we brew all of them as filter.
Keramo Natural is a unique specialty coffee from Ethiopia (Bensa region, Sidama), grown at an altitude of approximately 2400 m above sea level by local small producers cooperating with Daye Bensa. Thanks to natural processing and drying on raised beds, it stands out with an intense, fruity profile and high sweetness.
In the cup, you will find distinct notes of passionfruit, strawberry, complemented by a slightly alcoholic body reminiscent of rum and an Earl Grey tea accent. It is a coffee with a clean, juicy character and great balance, ideal for both pour-over methods and as a more fruity espresso.
