Flavor notes: Almonds, Raspberries, Darjeeling Tea
Like all Shokunin coffees, this is an Omniroast, although we brew everything from them as a filter.
This is a classic specialty coffee from Colombia (Nariño), created by producer Juan Pablo Argote. It is the result of advanced, multi-stage fermentations that allow for maximum control over the development of the flavor profile and emphasize the fruity expression of this coffee.
In the cup, it offers intense sweetness and a distinctly fruity character, with notes of raspberry candy, red fruits, and a light, tea-like structure reminiscent of black tea and maple syrup. The coffee is smooth, juicy, and very complex, with a long, sweet finish.
It works perfectly with pour-over methods, such as a dripper, Chemex, or AeroPress, where it best expresses its freshness and elegance.
