The beans come from the Huila region and were processed at the Peñas Blancas Coffee Processing Center – a processing station created to allow local producers to work with high-quality processes and develop microlots instead of mass production.

Nestor Lasso is known in Colombia for his innovative approach to coffee processing and working with microlots. John Vergara is responsible for raw material quality and process management during harvesting and processing. Together, they create a project that genuinely impacts the level of specialty coffee in the Huila region.
