Dropshot Indonesia West Java Radiophare omniroast

Coffee roasted by a roastery from Romania. Omniroast, but they roast very light. For them, omni is a light roast, and Modern espresso is dark.

Indonesia is a truly demanding and captivating destination, taking us to a region of rare flavors and aromas. The Klasik Beans cooperative was founded in 2008 and already cooperates with no less than 200 small producers in this region of Indonesia. With three processing stations under control and manual harvesting of coffee cherries, the cooperative manages to offer coffee lots of consistently high quality. We chose this lot for its vibrant flavor notes and high sweetness, making it suitable for both espresso and filter.

Processing and flavor notes:

Here we have Indonesia beans of the Typica, Line S, and Catimor varieties, natural processed, with flavor notes of apricot, chocolate, and black tea.
The coffee is suitable for brewing, both in an espresso machine and with a filter.
