Carbonic Natural processing.

This coffee comes from the mountainous region of Central Aceh in Sumatra, where it is grown at an altitude of 1600–1700 m above sea level, in ideal conditions conducive to the slow ripening of coffee cherries. Farmers Hendra & Gayo Avatara are among the leaders in the region, distinguished by their precision of work and passion for experimental processing methods.

The Typica, Abyssinia, and Catimor varieties used give the coffee a naturally complex and intense character, which becomes even more distinct and profound thanks to the Carbonic Natural method (carbonic fermentation – natural).
