Raising Honey and Rum Barrel Aged processing

100% pulp and zero water. This method requires perfect timing and extensive experience. On the day of harvest, coffee cherries are placed on African drying beds. After 3 days, the skin is removed, and the pulp remains on the bean. The cherries then undergo a drying process combined with fermentation, where appropriate climatic conditions — minimal rainfall and abundant sunshine — play a key role.

Additionally, this special edition is enhanced by aging in a rum barrel, which imparts a distinctive, natural rum aroma and a unique, full flavor profile to the coffee.
