The beans have undergone the Anaerobic Washed Fruit Enzyme Process – controlled anaerobic fermentation with the addition of fruit enzymes, which enriches the flavor profile and gives the coffee sweetness and complexity.

In the cup, you'll find notes of caramel, vanilla, cookies, cinnamon, and red apple – aromas that perfectly harmonize with the gentle acidity and pleasant body. This is a versatile coffee that works well in pour-over methods (Chemex, drip, Aeropress) and as a lightly aromatic espresso.
