Carbonic Natural processing.

This coffee comes from the mountainous region of Central Aceh in Sumatra, where it is grown at an altitude of 1600–1700 m above sea level, in ideal conditions for the slow ripening of coffee cherries. Farmers Hendra & Gayo Avatara are among the leaders in the region, distinguished by their precise work and passion for experimental processing methods.

The varieties used, Typica, Abyssinia, and Catimor, give the coffee a naturally complex and intense character, which becomes even more distinct and deep thanks to the Carbonic Natural method (carbonic fermentation – natural).
