Humming Bird is an exceptional 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Tarrazú in Costa Rica — a region with a unique microclimate, where the proximity of the Irazú volcano and the ocean yields exceptionally juicy and aromatic beans.

The beans undergo the yeast washed process — a controlled fermentation with natural microorganisms and yeast, which enhances the fruity and floral aromas of the beans, and then the beans are washed and dried, resulting in a clean and balanced cup profile.

In the cup, you'll experience floral notes, hints of hibiscus, chocolate, and cherry, which combine into a juicy, balanced flavor with a cupping score of 89 pts. This is a great choice for pour-over methods and espresso — an ideal coffee for lovers of elegant, aromatic espresso and filtered coffee.
