How did it happen?
The coffee was anaerobically fermented with osmanthus flowers (also known as sweet olive). These are shrubs and small trees from the olive family. If you're wondering what came out of it, we're happy to answer.
In search of summer
The taste delivers a very delicate, tea-like brew with striking notes of apricot and peach. The whole is complemented by pear, honey and tea. Delicious? We should say so!
